The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver during my stay at this apartment. I felt like a master chef whipping up delicious meals using the top-of-the-line appliances. It was like being on my own personal cooking show!
Street noise was overwhelming.

The apartment at The Bank in Birmingham was simply amazing! The two bedrooms were cozy and comfy, and the fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer for me as a self-proclaimed foodie. It felt like a home away from home, and I loved every minute of my stay!
Personally, I found the lighting in the apartment a bit dim, but hey, everyone has different preferences, right?

I always stay at this place in Birmingham. The staff helped me print some papers once and that was nice. It has all I need: free Wi-Fi, kitchen things, a big TV, and no smoking. Perfect for my city breaks.

Great value for the money spent, with comfortable beds and spacious en-suite bathrooms. The central location of the property made it easy to find, and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. The staff were responsive and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay overall.
The breakfast selection could be improved with more kitchen utensils and tableware, as there was only one cereal bowl for four people to share. It would be beneficial for the hotel to invest in new kitchenware to enhance the breakfast experience.

This place was mind-blowing! The location was super central and easy to find. The value for money was jaw-dropping. The landlord was super responsive to all our queries. The beds were so comfortable and having both an en-suite and main bathroom was a huge plus. The size of the property was great, not cramped at all. And let's not forget about the view - absolutely stunning! The neighbors were quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. Plus, having free Wi-Fi, cookware/kitchen utensils, a flat-screen TV, and pet-friendly policies were all added bonuses. And it was great that there was no smoking on site. our stay at this place was absolutely fantastic!

The accommodation had a great location, being close to Utilita Arena and easy to find. It offered good value for money and had a quick and responsive landlord. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a one-night stay. The heating system worked efficiently and quickly heated up the space. Additionally, the host was easy to contact and provided clear instructions for accessing the apartment.
One negative aspect was that the advertisement was slightly misleading regarding the number of beds, causing some guests to have to sleep on the sofa instead.

The apartment at The Bank was a real gem. With its convenient location just 800 meters from the Library of Birmingham, I couldn't have been happier. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, especially when I realized I had only packed one cereal bowl for four people! But fear not, we made it work and enjoyed our breakfasts with a touch of creativity. The flat-screen TV was the icing on the cake, perfect for cozy nights in after exploring the posh European restaurants in The Westside.
Kitchen utensils need improvement.
